Life is unfair and that’s okay.

Jesus said, “If someone takes unfair advantage of you, use the occasion to practice the servant life.”

It is okay to be kind without expecting kindness in return. In life, we have to understand that we cannot control how others think, act and feel. We cannot also control 20% of the time the happenings in our life. It is hard to accept these realizations but if you can, life will be more beautiful.

Leave it all to God. You are more than your emotions. You are more than your problems. You are more than who you are now. You are far greater, amazing and nothing is impossible when you and God work together. A powerful master and a brave servant. A beautiful sight to behold. A masterpiece. That is the real you.

But as a servant, what should you do?

“My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass me by. Nevertheless, let it be as You, not I, would have it.” Then, a little while later, he said, “If this cup cannot pass by, but I must drink it, Your will be done!” – Jesus

Suffering is part of the process. We must pray yet accept if it is not given. Always make way for God’s plans. Live life freely. Be really free. Free from pain, free from emotions, free from frustrations. Let go and let God. Our plans doesn’t always work and that’s okay. Not everybody likes us and that’s okay. We can lose people in our life and that’s okay. We can lose our job and that’s okay. Trust that something better is coming. Trust that God’s promises are real and you are going to receive it. Never ask how, where and when. Just trust even if you don’t know. Leave your heart to God.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. – God

This is the promise of God. He is the only one who doesn’t break His promises. Believe and it is now yours.

Just believe.

God, Christian, Purpose, Life

Finding your life’s purpose by giving up.

God created you. He is perfect and never make any mistakes.

Trust in God’s glorious plans.

Imagine that with the billion people in the world, God perfectly planned your life and everyone else’s. The Great Maker carefully selected each people you will meet, each situation you will be in and each places you will go. He made sure that everything will be aligned to His purpose. He created you and He got a reason for it.

“What did He made me for then? Why am I suffering? Is this part of His Glorious Plan? What for? The pain is too much. Why must I go through all of this?”

These are my questions to God when I was thinking of giving up. I lost everything and as cliched as it sound, I had no reason to live for anymore. Everything in my life back then was a mess. It was messier than the beggar’s in the street. Looking back from where I am now though, it was not that big of a deal actually. But that time, it was like the world was so dark, I couldn’t see any reason to live. I was deaf and blind to all positive things. All I saw was just my life ending right before my eyes. Then I prayed. I prayed like crazy because I got no one to talk to. When your sins makes you feel dirty, you don’t confess it to anyone else, sometimes you even deny it to yourself. God sees and knows everything though. And so, when I couldn’t tell anyone what I was going through, He got my back. I didn’t get to talk to Him face-to-face but He sure did made His presence felt.

Give up to find your purpose. Sometimes, when everything else failed us, that’s when we would realize that we got the most powerful ally, God. And God understands that. He is that merciful and would only feel happier that you are now calling to Him. He wants us to call Him so He can help us. By the sin of Adam and Eve, we were given awareness of what’s right and wrong. For God to redeem us, He need us to call unto Him. No matte what our sins are, if we would confess it all to Him, He would listen and forgive us. Pour your heart to the Father. Let Him hear what He can see inside you. Only then, you would find your life’s purpose. By giving up your life to God, Our Father.
